The leadership attempt to combine knowledge accumulated by world science on the treatment of cultural -negative orthopedic infections that are practically not detected by routine microbiological methods. It is shown that for the exact diagnosis, fundamentally new methods are necessary - molecular, based on the study of the features of deoxyribonucleic and ribonucleic acids.
The methods discussed in this book were in demand not only in orthopedics, but also in other areas of medicine, including the verification of the bacterial nature of some diseases, which was initially called into question due to cultural-negative results of microbiological studies.
