The psychodynamic approach is becoming increasingly important in advising the heads of organizations. The book gives an overview of the history of psychodynamic work in organizations and important basic psychoanalytic concepts and their significance for advising managers and other employees of organizations are explained.
The book is written by two authors representing various professional areas - psychology and economics. Both of them believe that psychodynamic coaching and supervision are those methods that are extremely useful for building qualitative relationships in the organization, because knowledge in the field of personal and professional conflicts, difficulties of group dynamics, understanding of mental processes and emotions are important for all people.
The book is addressed to managers, personnel work managers, personal development specialists, consultants on organizations, coachs and psychotherapists
