The sixth edition of the textbook was fixed and supplemented by new information, taking into account the latest achievements of clinical pharmacology, as well as new state educational standards. Modern ideas about pharmacokinetic processes are given, the principles of diagnosis, correction and prevention of unwanted drug reactions are indicated, new mechanisms for the interaction of drugs (at the level of transporters) are disclosed. Clinical pharmacology of individual groups of drugs is considered taking into account modern ideas about the mechanism of action, as well as from the standpoint of evidence and personalized medicine. Clinical pharmacology of new groups of drugs is described. The chapters, which are highlighted by topics that are not included in the program, are posted in the electronic version of the textbook, the access code to which is indicated on the first outpatient book under the protective layer.
