The textbook presents material on general and private issues of clinical pharmacology. All sections of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of drugs, the interaction and undesirable effects of drugs, the features of their action in pregnant women, newborn and elderly people are highlighted. In each section, in addition to the main characteristics of a group of drugs, the features of individual drugs are reflected and modern international and domestic recommendations are given for their use in different groups of patients.
The textbook is written in accordance with the curriculum for clinical pharmacology for students of medical universities and medical faculties of universities.
