The textbook is a joint work of the employees of FSBEI in the Moscow State Medical and Dame University named after A.I. Evdokimova "of the Ministry of Health of Russia, FSBEI BS BSBEISTICE OF Smolensk State Medical University" of the Ministry of Health of Russia, FGAOU VO "First Moscow State Medical University named after THEM. Sechenov "Ministry of Health of Russia (Sechenov University), FSBI" NMIC of eye diseases named after Helmholtz "of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
The publication consists of two sections: the first is dedicated to general clinical pharmacology, covering the basics of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, rational pharmacotherapy. It also includes information about the rules for conducting clinical trials and the basis of evidence -based medicine. The second section discusses the issues of private clinical pharmacology in dentistry, features of the use of drugs in dental practice, taking into account the risk of complications, undesirable reactions, and lesions of the oral cavity.
