The book sets out general issues of clinical pharmacology, as well as clinical and pharmacological approaches to the selection and use of drugs for various diseases. The principles, goals and objectives of pharmacotherapy of certain nosologies are considered in accordance with modern clinical recommendations and the principles of evidence -based medicine, methods for monitoring the effectiveness and safety of the therapy.
