This textbook is intended for students in the specialties of "Veterinary Medicine" and "Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics". The publication contains data on the anatomical and physiological features of the blood system, the main issues of the preanalytic, analytical and stages of clinical and laboratory hematological research are also set out in the work. Despite the fact that the textbook is mainly aimed at specialists of veterinary medicine, the principles on which the stages of hematological studies are based are true for the discipline "Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics" as a whole.
