The training manual describes in detail the clinical, laboratory and functional methods for diagnosing periodontal diseases. The issues of planning the design of begel prostheses in complex clinical situations are highlighted. In an accessible form, a biomechanical justification of the features of orthopedic structures is given when replacing partial tooth defects. At the modern level, clinical and laboratory stages of the manufacture of begel prostheses are presented. Errors and complications are considered when prosthetics of defects in the dentition with removable prostheses with clinical examples, methods for determining the color of the teeth, much attention is paid to the features of caring for removable prostheses. A sample of a computer database for dispensary observation of patients after orthopedic treatment is given.
