The textbook is written in accordance with the standard program of the discipline “Clinical and Emergency Pediatrics” in the specialty 05/31/02 “Pediatrics”.
From modern positions, all sections of the work of a pediatrician in the primary healthcare link are considered. Clearly, clearly and available, the structure and organizational aspects of the activities of the children"s clinic are presented. The issues of monitoring and outpatient children, full -term and prematurely newborns, infants of risk groups, diagnosis and treatment of somatic and infectious diseases, medical examination of patients, and medical care for organized children are presented in detail. Particular attention is paid to urgent states and assistance at the prehospital stage.
The second edition includes issues on communications, the characterization of new vaccine drugs, the latest orders of the Ministry of Health of Russia and other documents governing the work of the local pediatrician are set up, tests and situational tasks are adjusted. The section of acute respiratory infections is complemented by information about the Covid-19. Chapters 8-10 are completely redesigned in accordance with the national leadership Emergency Pediatrics (2019).
