The clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment of bullous lesions of the mucous membrane of the mouth are a little -studied problem from the standpoint of understanding of both etiology and pathogenesis. However, the frequency of detecting this pathology in recent years has increased significantly, which has been the motivation for writing this guide for practitioners, as well as for researchers involved in this problem.
The book presents clinical manifestations on the oral mucosa of such diseases as true bubble (Pemphigus vulgaris), benign bubbles (Pemphiid Bullosa) and the bullying form of red flat lichen. Differential diagnosis of these diseases with other similar manifestations on the oral mucosa is also described in detail. Microbiological, immunological and morphological features of these lesions are illuminated in detail. Complex treatment schemes are given that will allow doctors to use them in their practical activities.
