The monograph presents the possibilities of diagnostic, therapeutic and auxiliary bronchoscopy in various diseases of the trachea, bronchi and lungs. On the basis of own and literary data, detailed endoscopic semiotics of bronchopulmonary diseases and a differentiated selection of biopsy methods from pathological formations of the respiratory tract and lungs: vacuum aspiration of the contents of the bronchi, bronchoalveolar lavage, direct brush and anchind biopsy under X -ray -scenoscopic control.
The information content of cytomorphological studies of biopsy material is given in the verification of respiratory diseases. The prospects of the use of new endoscopic technologies in bronchology are shown: highly permitting bronchoscopy with examination in a narrow spectrum of light, autofluorescent and ultrasonic bronchoscopy with thin -iginal biopsy from enlarged intra-breed lymph nodes.
The possibilities of bronchological methods are presented in the complex treatment of respiratory diseases with a reasonable choice of drugs for endobronchial therapy and operational bronchoscopy methods.
Algorithms of diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy are compiled, as well as a scheme of visual assessment of endoscopic changes in standard bronchoscopy, which is especially relevant for beginner endoscopic doctors.
