The textbook offered to the attention of readers is devoted to the presentation of the morphofunctional features of the cell. Morphofunctional cells of the cell are especially considered: the interaction of the organella included in each system, and the molecular mechanisms of their functioning. As an application in the publication, an atlas of electronic micrographs is presented, demonstrating the ultrastructure of cellular organelles. The participation of individual functional systems in the mechanism for the development of pathological conditions of cells and their connection with the clinical features of various congenital and acquired diseases is also demonstrated. The second part of the book is dedicated to the cellular homeostasis of the body. It discusses the processes of reproduction and death of cells in the body. Including the features of the cells of the cells and the mechanisms of its regulation, the processes of cell differentiation, stem cells and the possibility of their use in cell therapy replacement therapy. A separate chapter is devoted to structural-molecular changes in cells with damage and programmable death. Such a systematic approach to the study of the cell aims to show medical students that the cell is not only a unit of life, but also a unit of pathological changes in the body. The manual is intended for students of medical universities, it can be useful as a reference manual for graduate students, clinician doctors and scientists involved in the study of molecular medicine problems
