The training manual discusses the biopharmaceutical foundations of the pharmaceutical development and production of finished dosage forms, the value of pharmaceutical factors is revealed when ensuring therapeutic efficiency and safety of drugs, a description of biopharmaceutical tests for various dosage forms, the equipment schemes, the conditions for conducting and normalizing test results are given. For the first time, laboratory work was presented for practical classes with a description of equipment and the necessary excipients, the basics of mathematical processing of the results are given. The final part presents control and measuring materials for assessing students" knowledge.
