The new concept of bioethics presented in the first volume of this textbook as an applied integral ethics in the second volume is attached to many private bioemic topics and problems. The basic principles of bioethics, models of the relationship of the doctor and the patient, bioemic problems of iatrogenia, conducting a biomedical experiment (with a detailed analysis of the Nuremberg Code) are considered. Based on the new doctrine of the phenomenon of life as the unity of matter of life and environmental matter, the issues of birth and death are reflected, a detailed analysis of the tests of abortion, new reproductive technologies, bioethical issues of euthanasia have been given. Separate chapters are devoted to such sections of bioethics as transplantology, psychiatry and narcology, child’s rights, bioethical problems of AIDS and medical genetics. All topics are investigated on the basis of the integral ethics methodology, taking into account the antinomicity of bioethical discourse, the assessment of certain states from the point of view of the measure of subjective multi -union and other concepts of integral ethics and science. At the end of the textbook, examples of test tasks, a list of literature and applications containing important regulatory documents in the field of biomedical ethics are given.
