This book is a scientific and practical trip to the world of material science, namely, acquaintance with the latest biocramic materials used in clinical dentistry.
A logically constructed publication includes a review and classification, characteristics and basic idea of modern hydraulic materials, analysis of their physical, chemical and biological properties. It included the results of based on evidence -based medicine of studies of biocramic materials in practical dentistry, designed for direct and indirect pulp coating, as well as used as strengths in the obstruction of root canals and reliable bio -replacement for the restoration of physiological and pathological damage to the roots. Along with extensive theoretical information in the book there are many practical recommendations and algorithms for the application of the presented materials for endodontic treatment of patients with diseases of pulp and periapic tissues. Modern concepts of regenerative endodontics are considered, the elimination of defects in the complications of endodontic treatment, as well as methods for the treatment of permanent teeth in children"s dentistry, is described.
