Basics of Children"s Health Formation. Textbook

The textbook outlines the basic concepts of health, habitat and its effect on health, reflects modern aspects of assessing children"s health. The problems of a healthy child, modern requirements for nutrition of children of different ages are described in detail. The sections devoted to the principles of organization and conduct of preventive examinations of children include the basic concepts of continuous medical monitoring of healthy children of different ages, in particular, the screening of diseases of the newborn, the borderline conditions of the early neonatal period, the risk of its transition to its pathological course. At the modern level, the organization of vaccine infectious diseases in children is considered. A large section is allotted for medical care to children attending school and preschool institutions. Separately illuminated adolescence, educating a healthy lifestyle, prevention of bad habits, their effect on health.
