For the first time, the whole variety of orthodontic devices for the treatment of dentitional anomalies is presented. A description of the elements of orthodontic devices of mechanical and functional action is given. The devices are considered depending on the mechanism of action: mechanical, functional, combined. The classification of devices is given depending on the design: plate, arc, block, function regulators, caps. Extrabody apparatus, as well as retention and preventive ones, are shown.
