It sets out modern methods, modes and treatment schemes for most substantial tumors and hemoblastoses in adults and children, as well as promising directions for the development of antitumor drug therapy. For each nosological form, the latest epidemiological data with a description of the dynamics of incidence and mortality are presented, etiological and pathogenetic factors, features of the clinical picture, principles and new diagnostic methods, as well as the possibilities of prevention are considered.
