An analysis of the provision of dental assistance to the population indicates the increasing growth of conflict situations - both between the medical organization and the patient and between the doctor and the patient. Despite the level of dental care and the appearance of new modern treatment technologies and materials that has grown in recent years, the number of complaints from patients is not reduced. The publication shows how the conflict arises, what are its reasons.
