The atlas is devoted to applied anatomy of the temporal bone, set forth in the form of a consistent dissection. The dissection of the temporal bone in the laboratory is necessary in the development, planning and conduct of surgical interventions on the middle and inner ear, access to the posterior cranial fossa, internal auditory passage and other anatomical structures.
The ratios of important anatomical structures are described in detail, step -by -step recommendations for access to the middle ear and its departments, as well as to inner ear, are given. Surgical access that is most common in the practical activities of the Otokhopurgeon are shown. Methods of high -tech interventions are given: the installation of active implants of the middle ear, cochlear implantation, drainage of an endolymphatic bag. For the first time in domestic literature, the ratio of the picture of the drift of the temporal bone and sections of computed tomography at the same level of the same temporal bone is presented. Such material is useful to radiation diagnostics specialists, who often lack clinical data to describe radiological changes.
