The manual of "outpatient Pediatrics" corresponds to the training program for the local pediatrician for medical care for children and adolescents in various institutions of the outpatient service from the standpoint of the current legislative base in the Russian Federation, developed and approved standards of treatment and clinical recommendations for various diseases in pediatric practice . It sets out the issues of medical services for children and adolescents in outpatient clinical conditions, taking into account modern requirements and applicable regulatory documents.
This manual includes the main sections of the work on the maintenance of children and adolescents in various types of organized team and reflects the interdepartmental work of various services and departments for the education of a healthy generation.
The materials presented meet the requirements of the National Project "Health" and in modern conditions of the training of both young specialists and working personnel in the outpatient and social and social orientation system.
The management contains orders in force in the Russian Federation regulating the organization of an outpatient clinical service for the dispensary observation and rehabilitation of healthy and sick children, taking into account the determination of the health group, preventive measures, diagnosis of diseases, immunoprophylaxis, testimony for hospitalization, determining the indications for disability. Categories of children entitled to provide preferential drugs, taking into account existing social diseases and orphan diseases.
The publication is intended for both students of pediatric faculties of medical universities, as well as to specialists of postgraduate education, practicing local pediatricians, doctors of other specialties
