The textbook was prepared taking into account the modern achievements of medical science and practice in the organization of ambulance. Its main goal is to improve the general and professional competencies necessary for the implementation by paramedics of the ambulance of the main type of their professional activity - the provision of ambulance in accordance with applicable regulatory legal acts, including on the basis of ambulance standards. Particular attention is paid to issues of resuscitation in the conditions of ambulance. The basic methods for diagnosing terminal conditions are described, the technique of main manipulations that are used in heart resuscitation are described, the principles of pre-medical care are listed in emergency conditions. For the most important sections, test tasks are given for self -testing of knowledge, illustrations.
