Algorithm for the diagnosis and treatment of vesicoureteral reflux in children

The monograph is devoted to topical issues of modern diagnosis, methods of conservative and surgical treatment of the most common pathology of the urinary system in children-a bubble-memorial reflux, which is 5.3% in the population of congenital malformations of the genitourinary system.
The reverse urine casting into the collector system of the kidney forms a pathological type of urodynamics, which contributes to the chronization of the inflammatory process in the kidneys with the subsequent development of nephrosclerosis and chronic renal failure, which can lead to early disability of children. The results of the PMR problems conducted by the authors will undoubtedly contribute to the improvement of early diagnosis and the adequate choice of therapy for bubble-free reflux in children.
