The specialized guide for doctors is devoted to the newly open links of pathogenesis and the corresponding fundamentally new technologies for the integrated treatment of patients with acne (UB), which, according to experts, affects about 85% of the globe of the globe. The book describes for the first time a clearly differentiated and combined (2-3 or more nosologies) group of constant gender-dependent “satellite diseases”, which have an important pathogenetic significance, indicating an important role of immunodeficiency in its formation and seriously complicate successful rehabilitation. The significant effect of "satellite diseases" on the effectiveness of the complex treatment of patients with the traditional method has been proven. It is with the severity of the satellite "diseases that it directly correlates the severity of the UB, its protracted and complicated course, the frequency of recurrence and chronization. A new pathogenetic link in the form of a combination of various types of immunodeficiency and imbalance in the cytokinetic link of homeostasis was established. The scientific substantiation of innovative technologies for the complex treatment of patients with UB, the basis of which is the inclusion in the standard complex of staging courses of combined low -intensity laser and photo of dynamic therapy (NILT+FDT) conducted according to original algorithms and schemes. Along with high efficiency, the innovative method of therapy opens up the prospects for unifying the complex treatment of patients with UB.
