A methodological approach to hair examination as objects of chemical toxicological analysis

The basic information about the hair as objects of forensic and chemical toxicological analysis is set out. Experimental data are presented on the method of enzymatic hydrolysis of the hair developed by the authors as a stage of sampling in order to diagnose poisoning with narcotic drugs, psychotropic and other toxic substances. The methodology of hair analysis is given using the developed methodology of enzymatic hydrolysis and the issues of interpreting the results of the study on the hair (wool) of various natural colors and after comprehensive procedures, as well as information, as possible, by this method, are discussed.
