This textbook presents the characteristics of five age periods of childhood: antenatal, neonatal, chest, pre -school, preschool. The anatomical and physiological characteristics of organs and systems of children under 7 years old are considered. The assessment of physical, features and assessment of neuropsychic development are shown. The basic needs of the child are given up to 7 years of age. The issues of nutrition, the regime of the day, education and hardening, the features of observing children in the clinic, as well as the preparation of children for admission to a preschool educational institution (DOW) and school are considered. Separately highlighted elements of adaptation and stay of the child in the preschool educational institution.
