The leadership from modern scientific positions presents the clinical and physiological substantiation of the use of various means of medical rehabilitation in the complex treatment of patients who suffered a stroke. The basis of the book is relevant programs for medical rehabilitation of patients using an active motor regime, various means of therapeutic physical culture (in particular, the restoration of motor motility, as in ontogenesis in a child) and types of massage, manual therapy, physical factors and psychotherapy, methods of proprioceptive neuromuscular relief ( re -education) and kinesyotherapy, robotic devices and other technologies. The tasks and content of rehabilitation programs at all stages of treatment are set out. For the first time, sections dedicated to medical neuroshabilitation in resuscitation and intensive care units, prevention and stroke school were highlighted.
