The textbook was prepared on the basis of the course of lectures, read by several years to students of mechanical and instrument-making specialties of universities. The manual examines the issues of classification, structure, technology (including nanotechnologies) of manufacturing, quality control, modeling processes of deformation and destruction of anisotropic elastic, viscoelastic, elastic-plastic inhomogeneous materials. The variational approach to estimating the boundaries of effective modules, the principle of energy continualization, micromechanics of acoustic emission of heterogeneous materials, issues of resource predicting, non-destructive testing and diagnostics of composite materials and products of them (shell structures, machine parts), assessing the hits of the massif of rocks are considered. The appendix shows the topics of laboratory work, practical lessons at the rate and tasks for them. The training manual corresponds to the content of the federal discipline Mechanics of Composite Materials of the State Direction of Applied Mechanics of Special and Master"s Preparation.
