Workbooks are an addition to the mathematics textbook for grade 1 (authors I. Arginskaya, E.P. Benenson, L.S. Itina, S.N. Kormishin), which meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the NOO 2009. and included in the federal list of textbooks recommended for use in educational institutions. Notebooks take into account the age and individual characteristics of younger students and are built on the basis of the methodological principles of the L.V. Zankova. The main task of notebooks is to improve skills and the formation of strong computational skills necessary for the development of educational material. The structure of notebooks is such that each chapter of the textbook corresponds to the section of the same name. But the originality of notebooks is that in them first -graders not only perform various calculations, but also write, draw, restore drawings in details, solve logical problems. This contributes to both the consolidation of the knowledge gained and the general development of children, their understanding of the beauty of numbers, and increases interest in mathematics. The first notebook includes a tab - "Magic Pages", which is removed and used when working with all four notebooks. This is a kind of interactive plaque on which children can perform various creative tasks, calculations using the felt -tip pen. Students can repeatedly adjust their work, change, erasing the drew with a damp cloth. This creates a situation of success, avoids a sense of anxiety with unsuccessful calculations, helps to develop a spatial imagination, and show a creative approach to studying software material
