Mathematics. Study guide for university applicants

The main sections of the school mathematics course are considered. The necessary reference theoretical material is provided, and the basic methods of solving problems of various levels of difficulty are sufficiently fully explained. Most of the problems presented were proposed at the physics-mathematics olympiads held by the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Special attention is paid to mastering topics such as 'Solving problems with parameters' and 'Solving solid geometry problems'. To check the assimilation of the material on each topic, control works are offered, and answers to them are provided.
