Mathematics for the Business Informatics direction. Part 1. Textbook

The purpose of the textbook is to help bachelor's students organize their independent preparation and self-control in the most effective way for mastering the discipline 'Mathematics' throughout the entire period of its study, including preparation for lectures and seminars, tests in the LMS Moodle, and intermediate assessments.
The material of Part I of the textbook is intended to be studied in the first semester. The following sections of mathematics are discussed here: numerical sets, linear and vector algebra, analytical geometry, differential and integral calculus of functions of one variable. The textbook contains a systematic presentation of the necessary theoretical material, allowing to master the main techniques and methods of solving a wide range of practical problems. It also includes a large number of examples and problems with detailed analysis and solutions for each discussed topic. In addition, typical tasks (with answers) are provided for students to organize self-preparation and self-assessment of knowledge in the Moodle environment. Great attention is paid to the study of real practical problems using mathematical methods.
