The manual consists of two parts. The first part compares numbers within 10, and the second part within 20. The tasks are given in blocks. A bonus is given for solving each block: a drop, an acorn, etc. After solving four blocks, the child can use the bonuses received, for example, watering a flower or feeding a squirrel with acorns. To form and maintain a child's interest in mathematics, it is better to work with the manual gradually but regularly. During one session with the workbook, one or two pages of tasks can be completed. The manual is intended for first graders, their parents, and elementary school teachers.
