The textbook was developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for General Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 286 dated 31.05.2021.
The textbook is based on the concept of 'Elementary School of the XXI Century'.
It is designed for teaching mathematics to first-grade students in the first half of the school year. It ensures a smooth adaptation of children to learning, promotes the formation of universal learning actions such as following instructions, examples, finding and explaining solution methods, and creating a model of a narrative mathematical situation.
The textbook is used in conjunction with two workbooks (by author E. E. Kochurova). The first part of the workbook contains an appendix 'Cutting Material'.
