The manual contains mathematical examples on topics studied in the 1st grade. The original structure of the material allows for a deeper understanding. As practice shows, a student has fully mastered the program if they can solve a problem and write down the answer within 4-7 seconds. In this case, it can be said that the counting skill has been automated. To achieve excellent results, it is recommended to solve one page of examples every day. The book starts with examples that help children develop basic mathematical skills and concepts. To count well, one must have a good understanding of number composition. Examples with pictures help children understand and memorize the composition of numbers. Using two colored pencils, they will color pictures, for example, showing the composition of the number 4. They need to color four objects: one yellow and three green, two yellow and two green, three yellow and one green. Only after that should they start solving the examples. In addition to regular examples, the manual includes chains of examples and calculations using schemes to help automate counting skills. When performing calculations using schemes, students identify the numbers with which they need to perform arithmetic operations, practice establishing cause-and-effect relationships, and choosing problem-solving methods. The manual can be used in math classes as well as for homework.
