The problems of legal regulation of the Institute of Marriage Agreement are currently devoted to many works in Russia, however, in the CIS countries, this right institute remains not sufficiently studied and developed. The main reason for the occurrence of interest in the marriage contract is the increase in the number of divorces and, accordingly, an increase in the number of people seeking to protect themselves if not from moral, then at least from material losses, if the marriage is unsuccessful.
