The methodology of organizing the cruise business as an important segment in the overall system of organizing international tourism is considered. An analysis of the main trends in the development of the global market for passenger transport services has been carried out, the specifics of organizing passenger transportation have been examined, and the variety of means of passenger transport has been presented. Issues of the prospective development of cruise shipping in the Black Sea, insurance and legal support of passenger transportation, development of yacht tourism, as well as issues of modern business ethics in organizing the cruise business are discussed. A methodology for calculating the cost of projected cruise routes is proposed.
