In the rectangular world of Dalaina, invented by Svyatoslav Loginov, everything is divided into squares, plots of land of a fixed size, adapted for human life. Or rather, not for life - for survival. The Dalaina itself is located in a square-shaped basin filled with poisonous slime. In the basin dwells a monster, a multi-armed spawn of the abyss. The creator designed this world specifically for the Multi-Armed One, so that it would be distracted from the struggle with him and not interfere with him, the creator, contemplating the eternal. The monster fiercely hates humans and seeks to destroy them. After all, by expanding the land territory, humans are encroaching on the precious living space of the owner of this cruel world. The creator himself is not a helper to humans, and in Dalaina, a person is doomed to become a victim of the multi-armed god. But by the will of the creator, once in a generation, someone appears in this world who is capable of defeating the monster. However, so far, none of those chosen by fate to accomplish this feat have succeeded. Will young Shooran be able to rid the world of the monster, to whom the role of the chosen one fell in his generation?.. The novel "The Multi-Armed God of Dalaina" is supplemented with an author's afterword and chapters from the continuation of the book, which remains unfinished.
