A systematic idea of the history of research and development work (R&D), the functions and methods of the manager’s work in the management of innovative projects is given.
There are examples and recommendations that make it possible to optimize and motivate the activities of the manager during the implementation of the innovative project.
The methodological base of the book consists of the laws of the evolution of targeted systems of activity (Altshuller GS, 1973, Korogodin V.I., 1991, Sosnin E.A., Plazher B.N., 2000-2012), a system of recommendations for the management of R&D ( Grigoryev Yu.V., 2008-2011) and the author’s own experience in the management of R&D.
