Management decisions

The textbook sets out the requirements and conditions for ensuring the competitiveness (quality and efficiency) of organizational and economic management decisions, economic laws and laws of the organization, scientific approaches and principles that provide competitiveness primarily strategic solutions, the technology of their development and implementation, methods of analysis (including functionally -Do analysis), forecasting and economic justification. The basics of risk management and the conceptual apparatus are given. The use of enterprises and organizations of the stated methods will help them carry out effective reform in a crisis.
