This manual systematized the main legislative requirements for the procedure for the implementation of reconstruction, overhaul, reorganization and redevelopment of real estate objects, starting with the conclusion of a contract for these types of construction and repair work and ending with the commissioning of facilities, draw up an act of acceptance of work performed. The subject of consideration in the work was the issues of regulating the agreed permits for these types of work, the procedure for their implementation, construction control and supervision, depending on the objects of real estate subject to overhaul, reconstruction, reorganization and redevelopment. Also, the benefits are investigated by the problems of unauthorized reconstruction, redevelopment (reorganization).
The structure of the manual includes four chapters, three of which are devoted to the issues of major repairs, reconstruction, redevelopment and reorganization in relation to specific types of real estate objects: capital construction sites, monuments of history and culture, residential premises.
This manual was prepared on the basis of the analysis of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, regional and municipal legislation as of January 20, 2013.
The benefit may be useful both in the practical sphere, and used for a more in-depth study of these issues by students, graduate students, in teaching activities
