Magnesium is an important catalyst for enzymatic activity. It contributes to the absorption of calcium and potassium, participates in carbohydrate metabolism, protein biosynthesis, has a sedative effect, vasodilatory and diuretic effects. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) improves the absorption of unsaturated fatty acids. It has a stimulating effect on the acid-forming function of the stomach and the bile-secreting function of the liver, normalizes the functional state of the liver.
Composition: magnesium aspartate, sucrose, beeswax, talc, titanium dioxide (colorant), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Recommended dosage: adults should take 1 tablet twice a day with meals. The duration of intake is 1 month.
Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
