If there are legendary personalities in the criminal world, then Heldur Luhter is certainly included in the top 10. More precisely, he entered: he, the protagonist of this book (and, in fact, its co -author, who told journalist Alexander Barinov his adventurous story) died a few months before her release. The main "business" of his life (several previous trips to trifles do not count) is an organization in Russia and Estonia of industrial drug production. From 1998 to 2008, he, drifting between Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Thailand, China, Laos, literally failed Europe with amphetamine and ecstasy. Knowing all the insufficient drug business, he came to the conclusion that drug trafficking in organized form in Russia and the countries of the former USSR and social camps can exist only thanks to the police and special services itself. The main conclusion that Luhter made for himself is the drug business is built as the system by the civil servants themselves, "commissars". To people from the side, "tramps", it is impossible to get rich or avoid prison at the same time
