Yuri Shutov in the first half of the 1990s. He was an assistant to the first mayor of St. Petersburg Anatoly Sobchak and entered his "St. Petersburg team". Later, Shutov divorced the "St. Petersburg" and took the post of chairman of the St. Petersburg Commission of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the analysis of privatization results.
In February 1999, he was arrested, and despite the fact that the court justified him, Shutov was a second time arrested directly in the meeting room and sentenced to life imprisonment in 2006. In December 2014, he died in a prison for life -sentenced White Swan.
