Tatlin Mono #58 Design Bureau KPLN 2011-2021

KPLN, founded by architect Sergei Nikushkin and designer Andrei Mikhailov, is a rare example of a project company who manages to sit on two (or more?) Chairs. They are architects, designers, and reconstruction specialists, and BIM programmers. On the one hand, the bureau relied on the complexity of services and an effectively working staff and thus won the market of large infrastructure projects like trading malls and residential complexes. On the other hand, having gained the necessary speeds, KPLN began to gradually introduce into these large -scale objects that largely form our environment, their author’s approaches to architecture - with attention to a person and details. In order to ultimately form a humane, high -quality environment "for a comfortable, happy and healthy life of people and society."
