Artificial intelligence and contours of the future
Are we ready to entrust our future to artificial intelligence? Many of those who are ardent adherents of technological progress will answer "yes". No less than those who are more skeptical of new technologies will answer "no". Most, most likely, will be difficult to answer. If you do not take into account specialists involved in scientific research issues and developments in the field of artificial intelligence, almost all of us have an idea of the prospects for the development of this sphere exclusively reading or viewing science fiction.
The very concept of "artificial intelligence", as a new direction in scientific research, appeared in the middle of the twentieth century. And almost immediately it became one of the favorite of the fantastic works. Recall the works of Isaac Azimov, Robert Heinlin, Philip Dick, Stanislav Lem, Arthur Clark and many others (although, strictly speaking, the theme of "reasonable machines", the robots with thinking, were present and many earlier) There are many options for the development of events: from peaceful coexistence and full control of a person of his creatures (a good example is the film "two hundred -year -old man", shot in 1999? M) and to the almost complete destruction of civilization with rebellious machines (take at least the film "Terminator", which was released on the screens in 1984)
Already, artificial intelligence has become an integral part of our lives. AI technologies are used in various fields, from education to transport, from the financial sector to defense. These technologies contribute to a sharp increase in performance, significantly accelerate the process of data processing, exclude the possibility of errors due to the "human factor". And most importantly, they free a person from routine work. The emergence of deserted factories that produce anything you want: from coffee machines and laptops to cars and aircraft. A few people will be enough to control the most difficult production. II are already trying to adapt to design work and even to compose poetry and music. But if in this it is possible to succeed, what will remain for a human share? There is something to think about.
In any case, artificial intelligence technologies must be engaged. In our country, a federal project "Artificial Intelligence" has been developed, within the framework of which there is a state support for a business that implements artificial intelligence technologies in various sectors of the economy. Until 2024, the government will allocate almost 5.3 billion rubles to promote this area.
Artificial intelligence is already part of the present and unconditional future of mankind
