Since the beginning of the 1950s and over the next 20 years, Jennifer Warf (1935–2011) has worked as a nurse in London. At the end of life, she wrote memoirs about selfless colleagues and ordinary residents of London. Her books became important documents of the era and conquered readers with their depth and sincerity.
