Runova T.G. - Candidate of Sciences, local historian, author of the book “Mammoths: Portraits and Fate” (M.2018) tells about the Alyabyevs - branches of merchants, whose fate went far from its main line. The main characters are Olga Ivanovna - the younger sister of Savva Ivanovich Mamontov, the most famous member of this dynasty and her husband is Nikolai Ivanovich Alyabyev, a writer and journalist, a former serf landowner Musin -Pushkin. They left a noticeable mark in the history of the education and education of Russian society of the late 19th century. An important part of the book is the fate of a large family - seven sons and daughters of the Alyabyevs, whose life came at the historical fracture of the beginning of the 20th century and whose descendants make up a significant share of now living mammoths.
