Decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation book publishing and book retail received the right to tax benefits, subsidies and irrevocable loans in the status of the most affected sectors of the economy. By the Decree of October 9 No. 1643, the Government of the Russian Federation halved the VAT rate for electronic and audiobooks, and Federal Law No. 323 dated 10.10.2020 in Article 264 of Part 2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, a change was made aimed at increasing from 10 to 30% of the amount of write -off losses of an illiquid book products.
