The main content of the educational manual, presented in the form of a laboratory workshop, is dedicated to the issues of operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment at livestock farms in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer's instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance. The manual is published in two parts. The first part includes 10 laboratory works that feature machines and equipment used in technological processes such as feed preparation, feeding, water supply, animal watering, manure removal, sheep shearing, and ventilation of livestock premises. Each work includes report questions, control questions and tasks, as well as practical assignments. The educational manual is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for secondary vocational education institutions, for students studying in larger groups of professions and specialties such as 'Operation and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment' (from the TOP-50 list), 'Master of agricultural production', 'Master of technical maintenance and repair of machinery and tractor fleet', 'Agricultural tractor driver-operator', 'Operator of technological pumps and compressors', 'Equipment adjuster in food production (by production sectors)'. The full content of the educational manual can be used to implement vocational education programs for other professions and specialties as well.
