The author never considered himself a writer or a poet, as he believed that people should engage in this kind of activity professionally, i.e. see it as their main source of livelihood. The author never managed to make a living out of it, but he sometimes found time and opportunities to observe and record some impressions of the fast-paced life. This is how the presented notes accumulated. The collection includes previously published "Valki's Stories", "Through Feelings and Years", "Once in Childhood", supplemented with poems, stories, and other works written in different years. This includes "Battle Leaflet", "Outdated Notes", and "Unfinished Hydroelectric Power Station". The themes of love and bright sadness about the past make up the content of the presented works. They resonate with each other, complement each other, and make one hope for their continuation.
